Google API Data Disclosure

Our application uses the Google Drive API exclusively to manage and store files that you, the user, upload through our form.Specifically, we access:
- Files (Images) Uploaded by You: When you upload images via our website's Memorial Design Form (MDP), our application uses the Google Drive API to store these image files within our designated Google Drive account. This includes the image content itself and associated metadata (e.g., filename, file type, upload timestamp).
- Google Drive Storage Management (Our Account): We access the necessary permissions within our own Google Drive account to create, store, and manage the uploaded image files. We do not access any other data or files from your personal Google Drive account, nor do we request access to your Google profile information (such as your name, email, or contacts).
Data Usage
The images you upload, which are stored in our Google Drive account via the Google Drive API are used solely for the following purposes:- Fulfilling Service Requests: The primary purpose is to use your uploaded images to create the memorial design products or services you have requested from us.
- Order Management: Storing the images helps us to link them to your specific order or project, allowing us to manage your service request efficiently.
- Customer Support: In the event of a query or issue regarding your order, we may refer to the uploaded images to provide you with support.
- Backup and Archiving: Images are retained on our Google Drive for a necessary period to allow for potential revisions, reorders, or as part of our business record-keeping
We explicitly state that we will not:
- Share your uploaded images or any related data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to providing your requested memorial design services.
- Use your images for any purpose beyond the scope of facilitating the services you have engaged us for.
- Attempt to access or infer any personal information beyond what is necessary to fulfill your order from the images you provide.
Sharefile (Slideshow Images Upload)

The images you upload for your video slideshow, which are stored in our Sharefile account are used solely for the following purposes:
